You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe room was dirty and smelled. There was a broken lock on the door. There was some kind of crap on the curtains and walls. There was a face mask hanging from the drain pipe underneath the sink. Does your staff bend over to clean underneath there. Omg, the carpet was filthy, that's probably were the smell was coming from. The lamp shades are all stained and one was missing the switch to turn it on was broken so forget that one. The telephone was the first one ever put in a hotel. The paper with the extension numbers was stained brown around the edges. The lamp frames were filthy. Worst room I've ever stayed for $180.00 Don't do it people.
The only thing good about this place was the bed. The bedding was old though. They need to update their linens

CanadaThe front counter staff (2) had to work together on EVERYTHING and neither could tend to the steady 2-3 customers in line making the wait very long. During my wait in line, I was privy to other guest's concerns. My room was unsatisfactory from the start (AC did not work & the water was shut off). I made 2 trips down to the counter to express my concerns and had to wait a long time. First I was told someone would come to the room to check the AC and before I could say I wanted another room, one was offered. All the above issues were resolved. The fridge was dirty & contained a Tim Hortons coffee cup filled with what looked like hardened grease. The bed covering had a cigarette burn in it. The decorating & furniture was very dated. For the price of the room, and compared to other stops I stayed in during my vacation, I expect more value. No breakfast was included, the pool/hotub was closed....in my opinion the rate should be reflective. I stayed in a brand new Marriot in Sault Ste. Marie with all the bells & whistles for 25% less on the nightly rate. As it was close to the airport, the helicopters coming in low were very loud.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was fairly spacious. Parking was ample & convenient. There were sitting options in the room (arm chairs & a desk). Lots of lighting options. That night was quiet and I had an uninterrupted sleep.

Canadathe outside noise , the location wasn’t so great. they told us the restaurant was open when we checked in but when we go there it was not ! they offered us cold fish and chips meals from a fridge in the hallway. The manager was “pushy” in a hurried way wanted us to buy the cold meals and told us they would be okay in the microwave. I will be upset if that shows up on my bill

CanadaThe general appearance of the common areas is poor and unclean. This includes all of the hallways which is not a good experience to walk to your room. Some of my room was not clean either.

CanadaEverything. Pictures are NOT what they seem. NO ELEVATOR The place is dated and dark and old and sad looking. The front desk & Indian manager was not organized. Even after I called the day before to assure everything was ok, the room was not ready for 3. I think they forgot we were coming and assigned a pet friendly room on the second floor... not common in any other lodgings we stayed in. When I showed up, due to dogs and luggages, it was hard to go up a floor. He offered me without request, a room at the Travel lodge with 1 bed for 3 adults(1 star) for the same price and no extra charge... emphasizing same price to me twice. I thought he was trying but then luckily my daughter quickly searched and saw this was a 1 star lodging, not to mention the big price difference of 100 dollars less. When I mentioned this to him. He replied... oh.. ok.. i give you for 149 ??? What the heck ? This level of dishonesty did NOT go down well with our family. We called and informed them with all the things broken in the room..lights, towel bar, we got 1 soap and 1 shampoo for 3 people ???? Did nothing.f WE decided to just sleep and left super early the next morning to just get away from this place. The room was basic clean. Stay at the comfort inn. they looked much better. We had to get our own towels and ammenities as they could not bring it to us.
Nothing... the lady at the restaurant who gave us water was nice.
