Beds are small for 6 and above feet tall man.

Great escape to enjoy quiet time away from city rush. Lots of wildlife encounters on its way.Everything was worth for money location , views, staff .

The beds were too small.... only double beds. The rooms were clean but small and could benefit from a more modern update. But over all it was a good experience.

The staff was very friendly. The location to the hot springs was great. The views!! The restaurant was accommodating to let us take our meal to our room as we had our dog with us. (The bungalows are dog friendly which is amazing!!) The food was good.

It would have been nice to have more coffee provided for those of us who are bigger coffee drinkers. Unfortunately the breakfast option wasn't available at the time of our stay but there were muffins and pastries available.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful. The bed was comfy and the building itself was nice, and the room was very toasty! The food in the restaurant was lovely and the shop had lots of interesting items.

Location of the Bungalows is mere moments from the hot springs. The site is spectacularly situated in a gorgeous mountain setting with close proximity to hiking trails.

The shower did not have a drain cover which really creeped us both out and we killed quite a few big ugly spiders which made it a little hard to relax since neither of us care much for spiders.

We didn't have time to do much in the area but the cabin was nice with the fireplace and the wood already in the wood box. It was cozy.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable. Other two beds were good though. Also there was no exhaust in the kitchenette. Every time we tried to use the stove the fire alarm would be activated.

Awesome location and extremely friendly staff. There was a good BBQ grill in the woods with Propane tank. Awesome place for BBQ if you plan to bring all of the other stuff. Drive from the highway to the location through the mountains was beautiful specially with the fall colors.

Lighting in bungalow #9 was poor. Difficult to see. Could use replacement of bulbs for brightness, especially kitchen. Couldn’t get wifi in the building. Had to go outside to pick up signal. Could use another booster for those set of bungalows.

Wifi could be better

We stayed in motel part, but we had everything we need. Kitchenette with basic appliances included. Location is beautiful and quiet, away from noisy traffic. They apply some of "house rules" like you suppose to wash dishes before leaving. At the same time there is room service to clean room or change towels.

Liked the quiet location and loved the restaurant at this location, and the staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating.

It's far out of the way and a pretty knarly road to get into the cabins. Booking recommended the room we were staying in to be a comfortable fit for 7 people. The room was not fit for 7 people, it was small. There was no door to close off the bedroom to the main loving room. I ended up sleeping in my car. Way too expensive for what we got.
