You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaA warm welcome and smile at the front desk would very much be appreciated and bilingual staff, French & English, in Canada's Capital.
Lovely breakfast with different options on both days. Staff should have been circulating to top up dishes, for example the pancake dish was empty for a while before a staff member came out of the kitchen once I knocked on the door.

CanadaDrinking water bottle not available even if you want to pay. They have something like sparkling water. They have water dispenser though but no water bottles.
I loved the breakfast menu. Staffs were on toes. Rooms are comfortable, kids loved the pool. Enough parking space, I also loved the fact that anyone can play their Netflix and other apps on the TV and enjoy.

CanadaThe breakfast selection was limited, and the food quality did not meet the expectations set by the otherwise lovely accommodations. The items available seemed stale and not very appetizing, which was surprising given the overall standard of the hotel. In future visits, I hope to see improvements in the variety and quality of the breakfast options provided, as this would make Hyatt Place a more appealing choice for both leisure and business travelers. Despite this, the hotel's service and rooms provide a solid foundation for a good stay.
I recently stayed at Hyatt Hotel Ottawa West and overall was good. The staff was courteous and the room was clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay.

Rooms were extremely clean! I checked everywhere for the slightest missed spot and found nothing; even the bottom of the toilet was sparkling. It's a new building and everything is up to date and fresh. The staff are amazing. Every single staff member I spoke with was friendly and helpful. They even have Starbucks in the lobby.

CanadaWe didn’t like that the communal areas of the breakfast nook were not available outside of the breakfast time to use. We were two big families and we wanted a place to sit and chat that wasn’t on the floor of our rooms. We ended up using the space outside the breakfast nook and it was fine but it felt a bit like we shouldn’t have been there. I had asked for adjoining rooms and it wasn’t possible so finding a space that we could all be in was tricky. We also would have loved to be able to see the bees - perhaps a live stream could be set up? Just a suggestion.
