Excellent location! Just a few steps from Old town & ricer as well as Mount Royal and McGill. Rooms are clean, stuff is helpful and friendly. Big, spacious rooms with everything you need while exploring Montréal. A huge thank you to Laura who despite the fact that Booking messed up with our booking did her best to accommodate our family in the middle of the night.

Our room smelled heavy of vape there were no other rooms to move too. In the evening the common lobby space was over taken with take out being eaten there. We were not able to enjoy this space.

Staff were pleasant and helpful early morning swim and sauna a plus.

I had booked a a room that was meant to have 2 queen beds but only a room with one king was available. They politely offered a cot which we declined. We would have preferred two beds but we made do with just the one. No explanation was offered but admittedly I was too tired to argue since we arrived in Montreal quite late at night.

Location was perfect, right next to the train station. Facilities were clean and the style was quite modern. The pool facilities had very convenient hours.

The gym could have music playing and have it properly air conditioned in there . My spouse and I found it to be hot ( poorly ventilated) which makes it uncomfortable working out. There weren’t any 12 lbs weights only 10 then jumps to 15 lbs.

The menus had a very good selection ; food was very tasty, priced reasonably and staff were pleasant. We enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor lounging area. The location is great with the rooms on higher floors which was very quiet without street noise.The hotel had an oasis area for the family of ducks that made it their home.

Front desk staff were cold and bordering on rude (one shining star helped me at checkout -she was great). No ramps to get to my room. Nine steps with a 50lb suitcase after 17 hrs of travel was too much (front desk staff assisted when I complained). Hot water took 3.5 minutes to come in. Signage in lobby (elevators) was terribly insufficient and confusing. No porter on street level. No visible security at street level.

Beautiful duck ponds inside the hotel. Breakfast in Exec lounge was good. The staff person there was great. Cleaning staff were very nice.

We came with the idea to enjoy the warm outdoor pool and the sauna / hot tub. But the hot tub was open on the first night only and then closed for two days. Sauna wasn't hot enough, since the people (mostly - kids) get in and out all the time and cool it down. The pool was fairly crowded most of the time, and all chairs around the pool were taken. They should run a system somehow that people cannot hold the chairs when they are physically not in the pool area - which seemed to be the case on most occasions. And do not forget your flip flops!

Generally - everything was good. Big room, clean, quiet, two big comfortable beds. All furnishing is of good quality, and everything worked. Efficient and quiet air conditioner. No bath tab, but a nice spacious shower cubicle.

I think housekeeping needs improvement. When we checked in to our room there were no robes for the pool, no shampoo and the safe did not work and needed resetting. We also noticed little black bugs on the floor of the bathroom. Also we got back to our room at 430 and it still hadn't been cleaned so we skipped the cleaning when housekeeping showed up at 450.

The breakfast was fine though it was a bit strange being escorted to a location different than the main, breakfast area (ie where breakfast is not included). The pool was lots of fine. Also the rooms were quite spacious.

Wonderful, clean hotel within walking distance of many interesting sights and restaurants. Enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and amenities and was impressed with the delicious dining options at le Kube restaurant, as well as the ample breakfast offerings at Le Bisco restaurant. The hotel staff were all very pleasant, professional and attentive.

The view was terrible and not pleasant. It felt like we were in jail or a dungeon looking at a wall. Next time, if there is a next time... will request a brighter different view. I'm sure they have them, but that definitely left an impression on us.

The room was clean and a decent size. The bed was very comfortable . The fridge was useful and a nice size tv. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were definitely a game changer.+++++ Location across from Via station and 2 blocks from Bell Center where the best hockey team plays were the reason we chose this hotel, although my wife says it was the pool !
