We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

By the time you have your special cooked egg, everything is cold and the coffee could be better. no Variety and not strong enough. That was the biggest dissapoitment for me

PolandThe deposit of 200 CAD was charged for each night of the stay which we did not expect, so have extra funds ready for your trip. The breakfast was rather mediocre quality and I would expect normal glasses and not plastic in such a hotel. The staff at the reception wasn’t very helpful and even though it was not high season, you could feel they are fed up with their job…
The view from the 29th floor was absolutely spectacular and the reason we booked this hotel. The view was perfect and everything we hoped for! The room itself was nice and the complimentary evening drinks were also a nice surprise.

CanadaThat I had to pay $100 for valet service to park my car. That was a bit on the high side. I think $50 should have been more like it.
The room was good and breakfast was great. I could not figure out how to turn on the bedroom lamps though. I had to make do with reflection of light from the sitting room and bath room.

United StatesBreakfast is chaotic, and I feel staff don't really want to see what's going on there, like people literally standing next to the food and eating there! Not even sitting at their tables! Someone should definitely be checking that things are OK there. I feel they just worry about replacing trays... They don't clean your room unless you stay for 4 nights or more, which is very strange for the price you're paying. We had to take our own garbage bags and put them outside the room so someone would give us new bags. TV system is kind of outdated. No smart TV, no Netflix or other options.
The view from our room was spectacular. We had the view of both falls as requested. And saw the fireworks every night. Bed was comfy and room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We never had to wait too long for the elevator (we were staying on the 41st floor). The hotel has restaurants on site, which is great. Also complimentary drinks at the bar

United StatesThe cleaning service was horrible, they did not changed the towels and the bedsheets, even after calling them they just brought fresh towels and did not even take the used ones out, the shampoos and other stuff in the bathroom were out the time we checked in, no one even came to enquire about anything.. everything was to be asked, even you have to go to the reception to get your toothbrushes and paste, and the tooth brush quality.. USELESS..

United KingdomBreakfast wasn't great and limited for protein. The scrambled eggs were tasteless and unpleasant. If you don't eat loads of carbs for breakfast you will struggle.
Location was great, room was nice size with great view of the falls. Staff were helpful and very nice. The dining room view for breakfast is amazing. The complimentary drink was a nice touch.

United StatesThat there was only one elevator for the side of the hotel that I was staying on, but at least it was a large elevator, so that made it easier. It should be noted that the self-parking is off-site. There are shuttles that run constantly to and from the parking lot which made things a lot easier. It's also a decent sized hotel so breakfast is very crowded.
I paid for a view of the falls and my room delivered and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and all the appliances worked well. The staff was really nice and helpful. Most of the things I wanted to do centered around the falls and restaurants, and most of it were in walking distance, so the hotel had great location.
