It was not kid friendly place as it is advertised as family and we did inform them prior that we have 3kids under the age of 4 but it was not safe for them. The common area had tables that are completely unsafe or stable for any one let alone children they kept falling because the cant handle any weight and they were extremely heavy to move away from the childrens path we had to be on out tips and toes to insure there safety and one fell on my nephews he was not badly hurt but it was an almost situation. We wanted to have a break and enjoyed but we were always worried the kids might get hurt or someone else because of that.

It is very private and secluded, the staff were very friendly and the pool is like you are in a different world, the rooms are cozy and have an amazing layout, the out sude setting area was very nice and the best is the bycecales and ride activities.

Maintenance can certainly improve esp the shower control which fell out.

The location and facilities were wonderful and with nice design. The best part are the staff Aaliya, Wai Wai and Fatima who were beyond kind and helpful! They always have a smile on their faces and would make sure everything is taken care off!

The materials used for bathroom are not thoroughly thought through as they only look nice but unfortunately are not functional (the shower hose heats up to the point that you cant hold it without burning your hands moreover, its placement is too low and should be more flexible as it is currently hard to position properly)

The service and hospitality were great in all areas, reception guy Hasnat ensured all questions were answered thoroughly!! he welcomed us with warm greetings in the lobby area and he also assisted by opening doors and assisting with our luggage to our room later we met Ms. waiwai she is a very hardworking staff she arranges for us everything and she fulfills our all requirements and she is perfect. I was a little confused by exactly what the facilities where. We had originally thought we could use BBQ then I was told no. We decided to eat in the restaurant across the road and Jitender made us an amazing meal with them cooking us a huge BBQ. It would have been nice to have things better explained before arrival.

Having the place to ourselves. Warm welcome on arrival with Arsenio and Maran getting us settle into our rooms. Mai Mai who looked after us into the evening was brilliant setting us a fire for us all to sit round when we came back from dinner. She had also set up the swimming pool for a movie night which would have been magical but we talked and laughed so much we didn’t make it.

It was a vacation that I was impressed with the beautiful hotel and the care of the staff. An staff name Wei Wei has helped me find a place to PCR COVID TEST for going to abu dhabi. I can feel her sincerity in helping so much and I am impressed with this hotel and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with this stay.

The retreat feels as a real one once in the pool area nothing is too much asking the staff!!

Need to have more food options but in the end the Manager and Chef came up with a better dining package which were all worth it.

The dedicated staff ensured we soak up the serenity and all the amenities of the property. It’s great to take the kids away from home but in a safe and controlled environment where they don’t feel restricted. They enjoyed the bike ride, the saltwater pool and the outdoor cinema barbecue in the evening.

AlFaya team is very friendly and helpful. There was a sand storm when we reached AlFaya and the team gave us the chance to refund due to the bad weather. Fortunately the weather changed and we all quickly jumped in the pool. All in all the place was amazing and the food was delicious. We will definitely book again soon.

I will not be able to visit the hotel again until the management build a wall around the facility. The rooms door open to the highway as well as the pool gate. 4 truck drivers opened the pool gate wondering around as there was no security during the day, they broke our privacy but I”lol be much worried if I am as the head of the family wasn’t there and left my kids in such a miserable situation. This Indeed sad news and I will not book any mysk hotel after seeing how the facility is design and built in a nonsense way. Even camels and animals can wonder around.
