Situated in Playa del Carmen, 6 km from Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal, Hotel Xcaret Mexico All Parks All Fun Inclusivehas a number of amenities including a private beach area, an outdoor swimming... Xcaret deserves a 10/10 because this place really is something else. The people working there are incredibly kind. The premises are spotless and what you see on most pictures is really what you get ! The hotel has many pools and caletas along the river that surrounds it where it really is enjoyable for the kids to swim. The food in all restaurants was very good. The room was very nice. All activities were well organized by a concierge. There are buses to take you to the various parks included in the price.

What is better than waking up every morning to see the magnificent view of the Mexican gulf! The room was great. A large suite with a seating area and terrace. To bathroom is huge with very nice amenities. Staff are welcoming and cooperative. We tried the room service, buffet, and different restaurants in the hotel, all were fantastic. The beach was the best part in this trip. Turquoise water and sandy beach. The entertainment program in the hotel is good and creative. Mexican nigh, piano, magic show. There is a different program for every night. We got an upgrade and a very delicious cake because we were celebrating our anniversary. Grand fiesta Americana Will be my first choice when I can back to Cancun.

Our Suite was beautiful, the food exceptional & the staff were so helpful. Thank you to Ceasar who booked our activities & restaurants for us too. We were blown away by the attention to detail, the wellness offerings and the scenery too. Definitely a 5 star resort, would love to stay for at least a week next time. We recommended to colleagues at my husbands work conference we went onto in Cancun, who then cancelled their previously booked accommodation in Tulum and stayed for a week with their young son who also loved it.

Turquoize offers guests an adults-only getaway at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. We had a swim up room and it was amazing. Our Butler Joel was amazing as well. Weather was perfect. Can't wait to come back next year!

Located in Cancún in the Quintana Roo Region, 4.1 km from Cancun Bus Station, Caribbean apartment located in an resort "All Ritmo Cancun" features an outdoor pool and year-round outdoor pool. The host Corrado was wonderfully helpful. I took covid test about 23 and half hours before departure. However, Cancun testing site followed Mexico City's time, so the testing time became 24 hours and half hour before the departure. Corrado was very willing to drive us to the testing site and interpreting for us. Even beside that, he was a wonderful friend with us. It was very enjoyable to stay at his apartment.
