I like everything. The waiting staff at all the restaurants were amazing, friendly, and very hospitable. The food was great. We also enjoyed the aqua park too apart from the other swimming pools. I wish I could stay longer!

We have been to quite a few countries and I won’t be exaggerating when I say this is by far our best hotel experience. The staff is what makes this place exceptional, their passion & attention to details are like no other. From Mr Ahmed the hotel manager to restaurants and room service staff, everyone is smiling and welcoming all the time! Mr Ahmed the manager is very professional & helpful. He was always available whenever we needed to make changes to our booking. Staff in main restaurant offered a top notch customer service, each time we walked into the restaurant, kids were greeted and offered special drinks. Also, I was amazed by how clean everything & everywhere was. Will definitely come back next time we visit Egypt. Top highlights: - Friendly Staff - Aqua park was loads of fun for adults & kids - Drinking water bottles available for free - Coffee 👌🏼💯 - Greenery - Nice beach - Well maintained facilities

Facing the beachfront, Jaz Maraya Resort offers 5-star accommodation in Marsa Alam City and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and bar. The hotel is amazing from all aspects, staff are helpful beyond measures, even the room service guy, Awad, he made sure we aren't missing anything. The food was very good, everything was tasty and brilliant. Everyone made sure we enjoyed our stay.

What I like the most about this hotel is the service of a professional and friendly staff. A day prior to the arrival, Ahmed ElSehemy contacted me to confirm our stay and ask if there are any specific requests. He is very polite/efficient and professional. From the minute we arrived, we have been welcomed with a great service from each and every one in the hotel staff. Thank you. The staff takes every feedback seriously and their response is immediate to improve or accommodate the ask/feedback. This attitude reflects a strong hotel management. The food is exceptional (the best all inclusive I have ever had) and they offer plenty of options / cuisines (Egyptian, Western, Asian, Vegetarian, Italian…). Rooms are very good, spacious, and it gets deep cleaned thoroughly every day. Facilities are plenty , diverse and almost all is free - Tennis (with cost), Football court, billiards (with cost) , .. Pools are enormous and beautifully designed, and well maintained. Beach is a good spot for snorkeling but not the best place for swimming. Chapeau for this hotel to offer such amazing Service in that huge scale. I would be happy to come back to this hotel once more. Thanks again 👏

I travelled there alone looking for diving adventures! It was absolutly amazing. The whole place feels like a gigant family! The dive guides and personal are awsome! I would 100% recommend it when you are looking for a diving adventures and perfer a more quite acommodation to a big hotel. It feels like the people there really put there heart in the hotel and diving center. Also since you will dive with the other people in the hotel together it is only a matter of a few dives and you will get to know them. It didn't take long and everyone knew everyone. Dinner is also a time were people talked a lot to each other. Side note, personaly one of the best features was that there is no Wifi in the rooms only in the main building. This allowed me to really go offline, leave my everyday stress behind, have an amzing sleep and enjoy the stay.

We definitely love this property, in following ways: The hotel is quite big, it has beautiful swimming pools and each living block has its own swimming pool. Everything is clean and well managed. You can swim for about 5 to 10 minutes and reach the coral reef simply from the hotel’s private beach. That’s an activity I recommend every guest to have a try. The stuff are great. We received a warm welcome with welcome drinks as we arrived. Then to our surprise, they kindly upgraded our room. The stuff in front desk, room service team, restaurant, among the beach or swimming pool, all of them work to their best to make guests happy. Oh, btw, we tried 2 restaurants and the main buffet restaurant, food is good. This stay is definitely above our expectations.
