I like everything. The waiting staff at all the restaurants were amazing, friendly, and very hospitable. The food was great. We also enjoyed the aqua park too apart from the other swimming pools. I wish I could stay longer!

Amazing resort for the price, cleanliness and the staff were way above expectations. They went out of their way to make sure we get an early check-in since we had a very early flight, and the whole experience was flawless.

Highly recommend Aswan Mule Cocktail. Sameh, Ramadan, Ali, Karim, Osha, Amr, and Ahmed from the Anchor bar. Life guards and Mr. Mahmoud.

Facing the beachfront, Jaz Maraya Resort offers 5-star accommodation in Marsa Alam City and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and bar. Breakfast was terrific, pools, drinks and customer service was amazing

What I like the most about this hotel is the service of a professional and friendly staff. A day prior to the arrival, Ahmed ElSehemy contacted me to confirm our stay and ask if there are any specific requests. He is very polite/efficient and professional. From the minute we arrived, we have been welcomed with a great service from each and every one in the hotel staff. Thank you. The staff takes every feedback seriously and their response is immediate to improve or accommodate the ask/feedback. This attitude reflects a strong hotel management. The food is exceptional (the best all inclusive I have ever had) and they offer plenty of options / cuisines (Egyptian, Western, Asian, Vegetarian, Italian…). Rooms are very good, spacious, and it gets deep cleaned thoroughly every day. Facilities are plenty , diverse and almost all is free - Tennis (with cost), Football court, billiards (with cost) , .. Pools are enormous and beautifully designed, and well maintained. Beach is a good spot for snorkeling but not the best place for swimming. Chapeau for this hotel to offer such amazing Service in that huge scale. I would be happy to come back to this hotel once more. Thanks again 👏

يقع The Oasis في مدينة مرسى علم، ويتميز بمسبح في الهواء الطلق وشاطئ خاص، يتوفر الوصول للواي فاي المجاني في المناطق العامة. يوفر مكان الإقامة تكييفًا وشُرفة. هناك أيضا ثلاجة. I travelled there alone looking for diving adventures! It was absolutly amazing. The whole place feels like a gigant family! The dive guides and personal are awsome! I would 100% recommend it when you are looking for a diving adventures and perfer a more quite acommodation to a big hotel. It feels like the people there really put there heart in the hotel and diving center. Also since you will dive with the other people in the hotel together it is only a matter of a few dives and you will get to know them. It didn't take long and everyone knew everyone. Dinner is also a time were people talked a lot to each other. Side note, personaly one of the best features was that there is no Wifi in the rooms only in the main building. This allowed me to really go offline, leave my everyday stress behind, have an amzing sleep and enjoy the stay.

Italian food and Egyptian service, a perfect combination for a little slice of paradise! Good service, considering every detail, and very friendly staff. Well appointed decorations, understated and elegant. Mostly Italian clientele, so nice and relaxed atmosphere.
