El Hilton Alexandria King's Ranch Hotel se encuentra en King Mariout y ofrece alojamiento de lujo. Property was pretty good, we were staying only one night for a layover and staying close to Alexandria airport. My daughter was sick from the road and had fever and hotel had even a doctor who made a check up. Amazing service, I liked everything about the hotel
