If you’re looking to be welcomed into a Sicilian family, on a magnificent property - you must book this resort. The kindness, love and generosity shown by the owners is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in hotels around the world. They clearly love their property and want to make sure every guest leaves feeling like a part of their family. The pool is a wonderful place to relax and despite only 4 rooms they have a pool bar and serve delicious apertivo every day. They will provide recommendations on all the day trips you can do (with perfect parking recommendations) making this property an ideal spot if you want to explore Noto, Syracuse, Ortigia, Ragusa and some of the incredible beaches in the area! By far one of the most memorable parts of this resort is their restaurant! We ate there on two nights and it was some of the best Sicilian food we ate during our entire trip. My best advice would be to let them pick the menu and wine - and be taken on a gastronomic feast - you really feel like you’re living (and eating) like a local. This is a true hidden gem in the south of Sicily and if you’ve come this far to be reading this review - don’t think about it any further, book this resort now!

Excellent staff and gorgeous rooms. David answered all questions and handled all requests with ease! It felt like we had our own butler taking care of us! An easy walk to the nature reserve and 15 minutes into Noto.

We have just had the most amazing 5 night stay at this beautiful property. It provided a unique sense of calm and tranquility in the Sicilian countryside. The grounds and pool were fabulous but what really made our stay so memorable was the warmth of the hosts. Each morning we couldn’t wait to have breakfast which was so carefully and meticulously prepared and presented by Daniela. She baked some truly delightful treats including a sweet onion whirl, omelette and a broccoli pastry. Moreover Daniela prepared gluten free dishes and cakes for my husband including an almond cake which were truly exceptional. We will never forget our wonderful time at Tenuta Aguglia and we would like to send our thanks to our kind and welcoming hosts.

Our stay in the red house was perfect! The house is very clean, perfectly furnished, excellently equipped - kitchen accessories, towels. The host Paolo had left us wine,water and sweets for wellcome! The garden is very nice and perfectly maintained- grass and beatiful cacti. There is place to park in the yard. The beach is across the street- wide and sandy, free of people. The location of the house is perfect- 8 km from Not, 36 km to Syracuse and easy to visit the baroque towns. We will be come back with pleasure! Thank you Paolo and Vera!

Great view, comfortable room, nice breakfast, and fantastic service. In minutes, the hosts arranged a car service to Cava Grande and a bicycle rental. The property has a large grassy yard with plants and palm trees.
