All staff seemed so happy and friendly. This made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The resort is quiet and the views are simply breathtaking. Rooms are clean, contemporary and very private. Fantastic pool(s) and our 4 year old daughter absolutely loved the tree house kids club. It was huge and filled with activities for the little ones, with super friendly nannies looking after them. If we knew that the facilities were so good, particularly the kids club, we would have stayed in Renaissance much longer. No other hotels in the price range can compete. We will guaranteed return next time we visit Bali.

Exceptionally great service! Everyone was so friendly and attentive, the complete resort including all restaurants, gym and our villa is really well maintained and kept clean at all times. No wishes left to be fulfilled, we will definitely visit again. Special thanks to Ricky and Widi from Segaran & Adi from Akasa going above and beyond to offer outstanding service. Also big thanks to the wellness instructors pushing us through through some really great cardio boxing and yoga sessions 🤝🏻

The privacy and beauty of our Villa, the quiet compound it was nestled in, the spectacular view from the cliffs... and of course the luxury of being pampered by the kind and most professional people who took care of us every minute of our stay. Oh, and did I mention the butler? Sometimes I had the feeling she could read our minds... With all its luxury, the Ungasan is never over the top, but has a pleasantly personal atmosphere. We will be back for sure.
