The room in which we were accommodated is commendable. Communication with the owner is at the highest level, the owner tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible and took care of the smallest details. Beautiful apartment in a lovely gated complex in New Cairo. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with family, this is perfect. There are lovely pools, a supermarket, and a restaurant where you can order freshly prepared meals throughout the day. We were here during the Christmas season and it was really beautiful. The best thing about this property is the host! Nothing was too much trouble. You just had to ask, and it was done. Great communication even before arrival and during our stay. We also really appreciated the little welcome touches - a Christmas tree with presents, tea/coffee, and biscuits on arrival, etc. You will be well looked after by Doc Amr and he made our first visit to Cairo a memorable one. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Everything in Renaissence was amazing... The security and protection with the guests were my first positive point. After that, all details including reception, room, bathroom, breakfast and pool are amazing.

Everything was perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is of great quality and there's a huge variety. The various restaurants and bars are all really good. The highlight for us was the pools. One sensational indoor one with an outdoor opposite it, quiet, peaceful and for adults. Then a lively one for kids and families on the other side of the hotel, as well as a beach pool with a wave machine and although the water slides weren't working when we were there, we had so much fun in all the other ones! Lifeguards were so professional and completely serious about their job. Rooms were spotless, so clean and spacious - great shower and bath, comfy beds. You can't walk around from this location, but it's 10 minutes from the airport and from other locations such as Festival City.
