The apartment was - clean - has a lot of commodities - shutters which makes it very convenient to sleep after sunrise (compared to having curtains or blackouts. - The kitchen had many appliances. - trash gets collected from in-front of the building very frequently - Having a roof with a barbecue to enjoy with family was very nice. - being able to see the pool from the balcony made it easy to see when to go to the pool - it is in the 2nd floor but the stairs are made very well that it wasn’t hard to go up or down at all The sea is very clean and having a heated pool was very convenient. There is delivery to the property which is convenient . Security is always around and helpful The owner is very helpful, he shared a ton of locations, google maps links to facilitate the stay, he was always available when we had a question The property is very convenient for a family due to having 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms.

Check in fast and smooth, room clean, food delicious and so much, territory has beautiful gardens with nice lightning at night. A special thanks to Mr. Wael Mounir (front desk manager) for his great help, that managed professionalism and friendliness with a perfect balance, he started taking care of us before we arrived till we left. Exceptional and wonderful service! Great location! Amazing attention to detail! Fantastic breakfast and dinner were served in the hotel. The hotel was immaculate and exceeded all expectations. Being able to check in early. Rooms were so clean and comfortable with high tasteful furnishings. The staff was exceptional, incredible, and polite, Thanks to all the hotel staff. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back.
