The bath room didn't have any molds and the bed was very comfortable,the floor was nice and soft massaging,beautiful decor and night was nice and quiet .

The hotel is a very nice location in Port Elisabeth (which is a horrible city, but you may be forced to stay there) in a safe area, with very nice views from the room. The restaurant is very good and breakfast was excellent. Customer service was excellent too we had an issue with our credit card, which was stolen in the CBD and the manager accompanied us to the police and helped us enormously to file a complaint (thank you so much!) The parking is spacious and the room was huge, the shower was great with very good heating regulation. The garden and pool are very well maintained.
