The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant and cafe were excellent and the rooftop bar was the icing on the cake! A superb stay and I will definitely be back!

Located 5 minutes’ walk from Queen’s Park Savannah and from Ellerslie Plaza, Kapok Hotel features a swimming pool, garden and a sun terrace. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The check-in was seemless. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We felt so comfortable. The availability of ice in the common area. The fish pond was therapeutic. We loved the outdoor area upstairs from the pool as well.

My children came in from London to celebrate my 70th birthday and it was truly a memorable occasion for us to stay together in the Hyatt. We love the breakfast. Was spoilt for choice. Exactly what we were looking for as nature lovers. No mosquitoes on the inside. Very quiet. It was cool despite no AC. Walking distance from the beach and river. Also saw baby leatherback sea turtles which was a highlight. Dinner was EXCELLENT and staff was accommodating to help return our camera that we forgot.
