The accommodation features room service, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. the staff (Mr. Ismail) and the owner (Mr. Nuhmete) of the property were always on site, they were super friendly and very helpful, gave us great recommendations about restaurants, local tour agencies, and informed us about the history of the property, which is already a place worth of seeing. we felt at home, had a wonderful stay. terrace had an amazing view!

This hotel was located at 18 square (18 Mardani) area and very near to the main Sanliurfa Balikgigol (20mins walk) and Gemruk Han and surround Bazaars. The hotel enviroment and layout is very ancient with beautiful court yards. For me the most important is the excellant services provided by Mr Baris (front manager) and wonderful staff serving breakfast with smile. (all comunications are via whatsapp translation).Breakfast served was excellant withn typical Turkish dishes of grilled vegetables, egg and many type of breads. Located in Sanlıurfa, HANEHAN offers 3-star accommodation with a garden and a terrace. The property is around 800 metres from Balikli Gol, 46 km from Harran and 1.9 km from Sanliurfa Bus Station. I had to travel for work, and I have made my best ever choice when I selected Hanehan for my staying. This hotel is a real gem, in fact a superb mansion -which is a museum too, by the way- with a beautiful inner garden and rooms! The hotel owner, Mr. Bulbul is very courteous and was very attentive with all my travel requests and needs and practically, he and his family, made me feel like being at home. The hotel is very quiet and very safe due to the staff; the staff (Mahmut, Fatih, Mehmet, Muslum) is always ready to help you if you have any requests. Also, they serve you, at any hour during the day or night, with lots of Turkish tea, coffee, water. The breakfast is delicious and rich and even you miss the breakfast hours they will always provide you with it. The hotel and my room were very clean, cozy-traditional Turkish decorated, and very quiet. The room had refrigerator, air conditioning, a very clean bathroom, and comfortable bed. Around the hotel you can find shopping areas, a wonderful park and, if you are a fan of traditional Turkish homemade-like food, you can find some places at a 5-10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. This hotel is a perfect place to stay either you are a business traveler or a pleasure traveler. The hotel is also providing airport shuttle. Overall, I recommend to other travelers this splendid hotel.

This marvelous stone-made mansion featuring traditional architecture offers a terrace with panoramic Mesopotamia and Mardin views. A Turkish bath, sauna and a cold water pool in a cave are available. Room was incredible. The view of the Mesopotamian fields is out of this world, both from the room and from the rooftop restaurant. The hotel has parking both in front of the hotel and in the back The one in the back is a bit hard to access however the hotel valet was great to help with parking there Also, parking is safe. The internet was surprisingly good. If you want to visit Mardin its definitely the best choice

Attractively located in Mardin, Mirsoum Han features air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. We stayed for three nights in a beautiful suite room at Mirsoum Han and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The employees (Davud & Diyar) always welcomed us with a smile. With their kind, friendly & always solution-oriented attitude they really made us feel very welcome. Smallest suggestions for improvement were implemented literally the next day. Before I move on to the tasteful rooms I have to mention the breakfast. We have been on the road for 2 weeks and the breakfast here has by far been the most amazing! Medina, the lady in the kitchen, went above and beyond to provide us with a different amazing breakfast every morning. She even made special vitamin drinks for me, because she cared for my pregnancy. I would come back here anytime just for the breakfast! The stone rooms with high arched ceilings are as beautiful & spacious as shown on the pictures. We had a fire place (Davud helped us set it up every night), an amazing copper bath tub, multiple cozy sitting areas beautifully decorated and a very big modern bathroom. We loved drinking the nespresso coffee provided and just enjoying the beauty of the room. Also the lighting in the room is very romantic. You can see in every corner of the hotel, that it is an acclaimed architect’s work. Also, the sitting area outside has a beautiful view of Mesopotamia. We would warmly recommend staying in this high quality hotel and love to come back.
