The staff were lovely - we had a very nice welcome, with an excellent description of all the restaurants and cafes in the area, and recommendations on where to go. It was nice being in a 'real' Thai town, and not the tourist environment of, for example, Phuket. The whole hotel had a nice modern 'designer' feel to it, but it also kept to the Thai-style. The coffee, tea and sweets in the morning were a lovely touch as well.

I also took a group of friends there for dinner one evening and they all enjoyed the location and food immensely.
