It is more than our expectation. I recommended it to our family and friends to stay at that hotel if they ever go to Thailand. Considering, there is a slight barrier on communication but the staff were courteous, and understanding. The only comment I have is the location of the hotel because we do not know how to commute on the train which is cheaper, we were always commuting by taxi and it can be expensive.

Nice hotel! I choose hotels which is up to 9+. Ago has 9.3. It deservs more. Location excellemt. Stuff friendly and helpfull. Breakfast amazing a-la carte choice with perfect coffe. Room a bit small but perfect condition, good materials, clean walls, like just renovated, good quality towles and bath robe, bed linen, nice smell of these.. Every day light-cleaning was done. We got new bottel water every day in the room fridge and it has Ago hotel logo such as the towels it means for me they really take care of the small details. Cleaning perfect. Good tv and wifi. Value for the money is excellent! They did not have loundry sercive but they arranged it for me. Also we got a ride after check out to metro station by the owner. This is one of the hotels what I highly recommend to stay when visit Bangkok, Chinatown. I also won't think a lot to choose Ago hotel next time. Thank you your hospitality!

I love the modern decor of the hotel lobby and the design of the hotel room. It has a walk-in wardrobe right by the bathroom which is very practical and functional. It also provides the necessary toiletries, vanity kit and bathroom slippers. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea are provided together with an electric kettle to boil your own water although 2 bottles of mineral water are provided daily. There's a gym accessible 24/7 and fairly well-equipped. There was also a mall that houses a supermarket and several eateries just few minutes walk away. It is a very nice boutique hotel that gives excellent value for money. This will be my priority hotel choice for future visits to Bangkok.
