First and foremost, the staff at the Lead Hotel made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I stepped foot into the reception. The warm smiles and genuine hospitality extended to me throughout my stay created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The front desk staff were efficient and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing me with all the necessary information about the hotel's amenities. Speaking of amenities, I was thoroughly impressed with the excellent facilities at the Lead Hotel. My room was beautifully appointed, clean, and well-maintained. The comfortable bed and modern amenities provided a luxurious and relaxing environment. The attention to detail in the room design and furnishings truly elevated my experience. The dining options at the hotel were outstanding. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of delicious and freshly prepared items to choose from. The restaurant staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that I had a delightful dining experience each time. I also had the opportunity to try some of the other on-site dining options, and I was never disappointed with the quality of the food or the service. Furthermore, I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Whether it was the housekeeping team promptly attending to my requests, the friendly waitstaff in the restaurant who went out of their way to make me feel valued, or the front desk team who provided me with valuable recommendations for exploring the local area, each interaction was marked by a genuine desire to ensure my satisfaction. Lastly, the location of the Lead Hotel in Freetown was ideal for my needs.

I’ve stayed at a number of hotels in Freetown and this is by far my favourite. The staff are really excellent and made me feel so welcome. The hotel is clean with everything working. Fantastic restaurant.

Set in Freetown, a few steps from Lumbley Beach, Sierra Palms Resort offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Room was well clean , Breakfast was great , staff was friendly.
