The house is built on top of Roman ruins in the area. There is a small museum in one room which explains the history of the place. Do not miss it. It is beautifully done. Room was clean and cosy with view towards a quite road and another pretty house. Good food and wine. It is served in the restaurant on the ground floor which bears aura of old times. The views around the house are great. Several trails to walk. Great place to stay if you are visiting Postojna cave, just 30 minutes away. And 15 minutes from Predjama Castle.

The house is beautiful and isolated in a forest, and this is exactly the place for those who are looking for peace and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need, and the house is comfortable and suitable for families with children, who were very enthusiastic about what is inside the house and the facilities outside and the green surroundings. The host is a generous man who happily provides everything the house has to offer, and the house has a lot to offer: organic vegetables from the home garden, real peace, impressive nature and a sky full of stars. To our delight, we received from the owner a large jar of honey, made by himself, which was produced from the flowers in the areas surrounding the house. The drive to the house requires driving on winding roads in the forest, and arriving at night can be a bit challenging.

The hot tub, sauna, and fireplace were exactly what we wanted. The privacy of the location and the amazing views were a much enjoyed extra. The small cabin is also impressively stocked. We did a bit of cooking and had access to every kitchen tool we could want. My wife and I were very comfortable and will certainly be staying there again!

The location is perfect for hikes, the house is super clean and comfortable, it has really everything you need and even more :) The BBQ is super nice and if you have a dog - perfect for playing and running around :)

Set within 22 km of Predjama Castle and 32 km of The Škocjan Caves in Vipava, Theodosius Forest Village - Glamping in Vipava valley offers accommodation with seating area. We had an amazing stay at the Forest Village. Karmen was incredibly warm and helpful in checking us in and helping to make restaurant and winery bookings. Our cabin, with a sauna and hot tub, was beautiful and comfortable. We really loved our time staying there and would highly recommend.

Situated in Trebče within 25 km of Predjama Castle and 49 km of The Škocjan Caves, turistična kmetija pr mark features rooms with free WiFi. We stayed here with a family of seven. The hostel is located in a picturesque place. The food here is very tasty. We ordered dinner and breakfast and everything was great. Special thanks for the early breakfast. Since we had to leave early in the morning, breakfast was arranged for us very early.
