Very comfy place, das away from the lights and other cities, good to take some days off, view the northern lights do a dog sled tour or ride with a snowmobile. Boasting a bar, Scandic Kiruna is situated in Kiruna in the Norrbotten region, 5.7 km from Kiruna Train Station and 3.7 km from Kiruna Bus Station. The hotel is truly amazing!! The room was exceptionally clean and warm! The facilities of the hotel are also perfect and the lobby area is so cozy and comfortable to just spend some hours during the cold winter days. I was also very surprised with the variety of breakfast options, you can find literally everything in the buffet. Lastly the location is perfect as there is a bus stop just right outside of the main entrance, so it is really easy to get to the hotel from the airport and to Icehotel as well.

Offering a popular á la carte restaurant and turn of the century ambiance, the historical Haparanda Stadshotell features a sauna, bar and free WiFi access. The Torne Älv River is 300 metres away. The hotel was beautiful! We stayed in the “new” part which wasn’t as beautiful, but they had made it surprisingly cohesive with the old part. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk clerk was extremely polite and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Just 1 km from Coop Arena and 10 minutes’ drive from Luleå Airport, this eco-friendly hotel offers free sauna, pool and gym access. I liked unproblematic in-check late in the evening and that breakfast was served until 9.30 - great for sleeping in after a long drive :) The stuff was also smiling and nice :) I just had a sleep-over in Luleå :)

I loved that the station is so close to many natural hikes and they are all well marked. The breakfast was really good, and the kitchen areas were also super comfortable and clean. Overall, I really enjoyed the location.
