The location was excellent as a 5 minute walk to the Citadel. Easy parking in back of hotel. The rooms were good and they accommodated our requests. Twoofthethree front desk people were very helpful and nice. The other was okay.

Boasting a bar, terrace and views of lake, Ensana Ursina is situated in Sovata, 300 metres from Ursu Lake. The hotel was newly refurbished, painted. The staff was very kind, spoke also Hungarian. They were flexible to change our rooms because we wanted to look toward the lake. We had no view to the lake (no such room I was told) but still we had amazing view. And we also had late check out. The spa is beautiful! Enough beds, the water elements work frequently. We could use also the spa center of the next hotel which is much bigger but much crowder and not so cosy. Breakfast was vast and good!

The modern design that is kept very clean, and the breakfast.. this is phenomenal! . I loved every bit of our stay and I wish I could stay more in this hotel

The check in and check out can be done online, we’ve received a link and checked in from our phone, quick and easy. There is a restaurant in the building, the food is great, the service is amazing. The breakfast was good. They even included a sandwich from the house for our 2 year’s old daughter .There are 2 slides and a swing in the yard that are great entertainment for a toddler. It is not too far from the zoo( 10 min by car). We really enjoyed our stay here. If they had a spa we could move there :)
