The five-star Victorian style Al Aziziyah Boutique Hotel By The Torch is situated within an urban country estate within the city. The amazing manager Karim. He was so nice. Booking is a horrible website for tricking people into buying things and don't deliver. I booked a room with breakfast. Paid extra, but when I confirm the booking I did not get the breakfast. I told Mr Karim the story and he was so kind to offer us breakfast on the house. What a classy gentleman. Thank You Mr. Karim.

There was an issue with my booking but they handled it professionally. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. It was well isolated so you wouldn't hear anything that was happening outside. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice bath that could open to the room. The atmosphere in the hotel was nice and calm. Breakfast was very nice, it had lots of options and variety..
