Otira Stagecoach Hotel byggdes 1865 och renoverades 1902. Hotellet ligger i hjärtat av nationalparken Arthurs Pass. Här finns antikviteter i hela byggnaden, samt riktiga och hästvagnar utomhus. A unique, 'out of the box' experience. The hotel is a living museum, with antique paraphernalia and curios everywhere. The furniture in the rooms is amazing. Feels like you have stepped back in time to the 1800s. Lester and Sam were excellent as hosts. Meals were great quality and value. The bar (available to in-house guests only) offered beer and wine at reasonable prices. There's not too much accommodation in the Otira / Arthur's Pass area with dining and bar facilities, so the Stagecoach Hotel fills a valuable niche.

Bealey Hotel har fantastisk utsikt över bergen, floden och dalen och ligger inom 30 minuters bilresa från 5 skidfält. Här finns en restaurang, en grillplats och gratis parkering. The view was spectacular and the room was wonderful. I loved how the bathroom was so separate from the bedroom so middle night visits didn’t wake each other up.

Stunning setting in the small village of Arthur's Pass with easy access to a multitude of trails right from the front door. The house was absolutely perfect: very comfortable furnishings, cozy feel, great amenities, and lovely views. The pictures really do not do it justice.

Jackson's Retreat Alpine Holiday Park ligger i en fantastisk historisk regnskog och vandringsled. Här erbjuds 5-stjärnigt boende med tillgång till en trädgård och en grill. The park is in a beautiful setting. The bathrooms, showers and communal kitchen/lounge area were all very clean and well-maintained. We were in a cabin that was very comfortable. The nature walk is definitely worth doing and leads to very impressive waterfall.

Basic, Super 'Cosy' Cabin in The Middle of National Park and Mountains ligger i Otira och erbjuder gratis WiFi och utsikt över bergen. Really well located, cute hut. Had helpful amenities which we weren’t expecting! Hosts were lovely and helpful!

Arthur's Pass Ecolodge ligger 13 km från Arthur's Pass nationalpark och erbjuder boende med en uteplats. I varje boendeenheter finns en balkong med bergsutsikt. Fantastic experience at Ecolodge. Great location with breathtaking view from the room. This eco friendly cabin was a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the beauties of the mountains of Arthur’s Pass. Very friendly host gave us tips what to visit and nice conversations. Thank you for everything. We’d definitely like to come back.
