Set on expansive grounds, Fiordland Hotel is situated in Te Anau, 500 metres from the lake. The town centre is a 10-minute walk from the property. There are lake and mountain views from most rooms. The place was amazing. Very clean with a really nice deck where you can see the stars. Great experience and definitely recommend the place.

Motel is very well located , 2 min drive from Te Anau Center and right by the lake (5 mins walk). The place was super clean , even cleaned every day we stayed there. It’s a great base to explore the area and visit Milford sound on a day trip. A stove top for cooking would have been the cherry on the cake :-)
