The room was very clean and the king size bed with high quality linens provided excellent rest. Comfortable bathroom completes the package. The onsite restaurant offers great food (salmon egg benedict was so tasty). The hotel is managed by great couple who take genuine interest in your needs and are ready to help. The staff were great and very helpful with unexpected level of attention to details. Highly recommended!

Huset har varit fantastiskt vid både fint och dåligt väder. Fantastiskt utsikt över havet. Gott om plats för alla både inom och utomhus. Centralt läge dock ändå tyst. Att utforska New Plymouth fungerar mycket bra till fots eller med cykel.

Everything was brilliant, I am ashamed to admit that I completely forgot the names of the two wonderful ladies at the front desk. I’d accidentally booked the wrong day, but they were able to make it work. It was my mother’s first time in the country too and they’ve been raving about the night we spent there. Spent a night a few years prior with my then girlfriend, and came back as a result. This trip was even better and will definitely stay again the next time we’re up that way

Buffet Breakfast was amazing. The selection catered to so many different tastes, and the dining room was clean with friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and clean. Easily accessible for my grandmother.

The whimsical decorating in the hotel matches the general atmosphere of New Plymouth. The location is conveniently located in the city center with plenty of dining options nearby. This also serves as a nice base for exploring the Egmont National Park and other nearby beaches. Luke was incredibly knowledgeable and was happy to assist with my questions, The hotel has free private parking nearby. Keep in mind that all rooms are located on the second floor and the hotel does not have elevators. This was well-advertised on the booking, but it deserves emphasizing.

Distinction New Plymouth Hotel offers relaxed accommodation in the heart of New Plymouth, just a 15-minute drive from the airport. The whole hotels rooms bed are really comfortable. The staff are awesome, very friendly, and willing to serve.
