My partner didn't feel well and they helped us with everything we needed and even more! The room is spacious and has everything you need, from shower amenities to a mini fridge and a kettle. The breakfasts were delicious! I recommend the Sri Lankan breakfast. Air conditioning worked very good as well. Overall I highly recommend it. Thank you Obey!

We had a very comfortable and memorable stay at Cozy Cottage. The room was huge with a big balcony facing the beautiful mountains of Ella. There are nice chairs in the room that you can move to the balcony and have a cup of tea while enjoying the serene and beautiful view. The staff were exceptionally great and very helpful. A special mention to Viraj, Buddika and Maduranga for being such awesome hosts and for fulfilling all our requests. The food at the hotel was delicious especially the local Sri Lankan delicacies. The hotel has a deck on top which is a great spot to get a 360 degree view of Ella (you can also see Ella rock from there, which is btw a short trek from the hotel) We would definitely stat at Cozy Cottage again when we visit Ella next time.
