There's a sense of design and style I haven't really seen at this price point in the region. The lobby is full of interesting touches, and the texture and design choices continue into the room. It's well organized. The staff at the desk and at the restaurant are super nice, and I enjoyed speaking to them. Easy for cabs to get here and move around the city.

Located in Astana, 3.2 km from Expo 2017 Astana, NEOS HOTEL provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The gym was a big bonus - I'll have to use it the next time I go. The manager greeted me and sat down to chat after checkout. We talked about my experience which was quite positive. That was quite special. The Free breakfast was great with fresh fruits, cereals, yogurts, breads, eggs and more. There were nice options and there was a worker who greeted me. I believe it was 7:30am on a Sunday which is quite early, but everything was setup and ready to go. The staff was helpful and friendly, and some of them spoke English (Including the manager). The room seemed much larger than the photo, even with the king bed. The bed was VERY comfortable. I'm 1.88m/6'2 so that was a bonus. Even more, the ceilings were a huge surprise. They had to be at least 13 feet high, maybe more. I'm tall yet felt short in the room! :P. Everything was so clean; a nice, tall showerhead with hot water. The hotel seems to prefer quality over quantity as there are not a large amount of rooms (only a few floors), and they seem nicely spaced, again very clean and new looking place. I used the internet for 2 international job interviews via skype, video streaming, etc. and had no issues. Overall, this was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at for this price range. Again, the fully equipped gym is a major bonus as most hotels just skip over this I can't wait to stay here again. Thanks Neos!

The hotel is located right next to other hotels but you still get the feeling of being in the forest. The barista makes good coffee and the restaurant food was also very nice.
