I would start with manager Jay who speaks English very well. He made me feel very special, he is a very charming and pleasant man who helped me with just about anything I needed ! He was extremely helpful, as was his colleague Tom and I felt very welcome. I have rarely met anyone so involved in his work ! I had a lovely newly furnished room and everything exceeded my expectations. It was a great relief to be in a hotel such as this after all the experiences I had in other hotels. The hotel is very conveniently placed for bus connections, the airport bus stop is a couple of minutes walk away. If I visit Jeju again, I will certainly stay here ! I highly recommend this place.

Basic amenities (e.g. fridge, hangers) were provided. Direct bus (bus 600) from the Airport to the hotel. About 20 minutes bus ride away to Seogwipo Bus Terminal. Friendly counter staff :)

Bayhill Pool & Villa offers luxury rooms with a private terrace and ocean views, some boasting a private pool or a spa bath. It features a seasonal outdoor pool, a restaurant and a shop. I liked the temperature of the swimming pool , at first when I have checked the temperature in Jeju, I have thought whether the pool needs to be heated, but when I've tried using the pool at night time 23:00 , the temperature of the pool was actually warm enough and close to temperature outside.

This luxurious, non-smoking property boasts spacious outdoor and indoor pools, a modern fitness centre and a spa and wellness centre. It also features 7 restaurants and free Wi-Fi access. The service and facilities way exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very spacious and gorgeous with stunning interior design that is both modern like an art gallery and warm and showcased the amazing sea views. I loved the service too especially the concierge team who speak English namely Scott Hong the manager who went over and above from ensuring I received medical treatment when I sprained my foot to assisting in changing my flight (due to bad weather) The genuine care and assistance given by him was really heartwarming. Of note too was how proactive he was in his service. Most times in other hotels the guests have to ask for help (and we do not always get it) but not with Scott who often initiated help such as providing a bandage and icebag for my swollen ankle without me asking. Furthermore, I found the other concierge team members very helpful, always smiling and ever willing to help. Of note are Ethan, Niki and Bill who were among those who always offered a smile and assisted with enthusiasm. I also found staff at the front office, Confetti, housekeeping and the Bar and deli very pleasant, well groomed which made my stay a very very pleasant stressfree one.

Close to a lot of activities to do in Seogwipo! Beyond expectations, I booked for me and my 4 other friends, they had no idea what the interior or the hotel looked like, and left it in my capable hands - They too were beyond amazed with the great shower facilities, the view off into the distant coast with Saeyeongyo Bridge! The PILLOWS!!! I remember walking out of toilet and my friend was immediately conked out after laying her head on the pillow (manufacturer: Nubizio), I too was a victim to this pillow, conked out whilst friends were still in the room talking. This cloud pillow really absorbs your tiredness making you feel refreshed upon your slumber! There is a lovely cafe within walking distance of 7 mins from the hotel called Cafe Dam-a (카페담아), you must go, the owner was lovely and maybe she'll give you a treat on the house if you're nice :) Not only is the neighbourhood quiet, but so is the hotel, it felt like we honestly had it to ourselves! In a good way ahah. We drove from the airport to the the hotel, and it has parking for up to 2-4 cars (realistically for up to two cars, although there are four parking spaces, you'd block the cars at the rear from exiting as the parking is shaped in a square format), nevertheless, the neighbourhood seems to be a free parking area where you can park your vehicles without any lawful restrictions, so long as it doesn't interfere with other vehicle mobility. I don't know if it has been mentioned on the bookings website, but there was an EV charger on the premises in the parking spaces toward the rear of the 4 by 4 square car parking, as to what kW charger type, I don't quite recall, most likely a type 2 charger as the assumption is that you charge your car overnight, and it wouldn't make sense to have installed a highspeed charger, but double-check with the premises beforehand!

Especially the Tatami mats and the whirlpool catched our eye. Bonus points: the extremely comfortable bed, the delicious drinks you could order at the café near the reception and the friendly staff who helped us calling a Taxi to the airport. We loved it so much and would recommend it 100%.

There was a limited breakfast available as well as a number of coffee and tea selections. Very comfy bed/ pillows. Loved the decor. Rooftop patio was a nice plus! There is a 24-hr convenience store right across the alleyway, and an excellent restaurant serving black pork barbecue and delicious sides right across the street (from the hotel parking area).
