Super clean, everything was more than as promised. Nice bed, got a TV (rare for “capsule rooms”) and the bathrooms are close. The staff are kind, gracious and extremely polite. To the extent where I was uncomfortable (in a GOOD way?) because I wasn’t used to people doing that much (e.g. pressing the lift button for me). Being able to borrow manga to read was a lovely surprise, but note that it’s all in Japanese.

Collegato tramite un tunnel direttamente alla stazione centrale di Okayama da dove è possibile muoversi per visitare punti di interesse vicini e facilmente in altre città. Highlight must be the buffet dinner which has amazing variety with quality. Can make your own hotpot with 4 different types of broth (Sukiyaki, Yuzu etc). Best breakfast buffet. My daughter had her first Ping pong experience and she enjoyed it.

Staff were all friendly and very helpful . The location is great not too far from station and also tram station for Korakuen garden and Okayama. Plenty of lovely restaurant and bar kitchens around . Will definitely consider to use this friendly hotel again .
