If you have any questions, you can always consult with us. You can see Fort from Ruhr Top, and the location is great as it's close to the bus stop. We arrived by train at 4:30 am and the staff came to pick us up and were very helpful. Wifi is fast and the rooms are clean. You can also rent a kettle. As for the shower, it was the hottest shower I've had in India! This is a guest house with very good cost performance. I went on a safari tour with my family and it was a wonderful experience. We go to a different desert than the ones we usually go to on other tours, so it's really quiet and awesome! The sunsets and sunrises were both very beautiful, and at night I had the most beautiful starry sky I've ever seen. The rice we had for desert was also very delicious. Our safari guide, Mr. Durga, was also a very nice and interesting person, and we enjoyed our day in the desert! This is Murad haveli that we highly recommend

The team at the The Secret House were definitely the friendliest group we encountered across our Rajasthan trip, and they make the Secret House feel a bit special as a result. To be fair the building is not surrounded by the most attractive neighbours, like the bus park, but there's generally something interesting going on outside and of course the view of the walled town is stunning 24 hours a day. Naru Owner was a fantastic host, and we very much enjoyed Aju company on the rooftop restaurant. We learnt a lot about life in Jaisalmer from talking to them, and the hotel is a beautiful oasis. Meals on the rooftop restaurant, and Aju good food advice all made the stay very enjoyable. Quality place to stay at a very reasonable price. Best Location near city center everything is walking distance and its very quiet in night no noisy. they Desert safari too

Location could not be better. Right in the heart of the Jaisalmer fort, approachable by foot or on bike through intriguing lanes. The host/ owner made us feel totally at home and would always be seated just outside or in the lounge meeting and greeting us as we entered and exited from the hotel.

Rooms were beautiful, especially considering we paid 10 euros per night. We ended up extending our stay from 2 to 6 nights. Great view of the fort from the terrace. Good location about 10 minutes walk to the fort. Dilip and Akbar are legends also! Made us feel at home. We went in a desert safari with Dilip which was an amazing experience. Also spent a day cooking and eating with him and his family. Such a memorable stay.

One of the best stays of my life, and I have traveled over 60 countries! The excellent location of the hotel, great room, great restaurant, roof-top terrace with great views to relax, clean, OK wi-fi etc. But the highlight of my stay was a superbly friendly staff! Manager Surya and his colleagues were simply awesome and so nice company for a lone traveler like me, a lot of interesting and also funny discussions... I dare to say we became friends. They took me with them to two Indian wedding celebrations, by jeep and a motorbike, helped me to choose a nice Indian dress... an experience, I will never forget and no tourist agency can provide. Non-tourist safari with camels and sleeping under the stars (with many friendly dogs around) was also an unforgettable experience. If you haven't planned to visit Jaisalmer (which I also adored since it is so unspoiled and friendly traditional Rajasthani town), you should visit it for the Pol Haveli Hotel and its friendly people alone... I extended my stay for 3 nights. I will miss you, my friends from Pol Haveli, and a friendly camel guide!
