Food was sublime, atmosphere on point & staff attentiveness to detail was second to none! Hotel was expertly decorated and furnished throughout. Highly recommend & special thank you to Emma G on the reception team who went above and beyond to make our honeymoon here one to remember. Stayed in room 50 (honeymoon suite) and extremely recommend for sheer luxury in one room!

Gististaðurinn er staðsettur í Virginíu, í 16 km fjarlægð frá Loughcrew Historical Gardens & Visitor Centre. Beautiful room, friendly host, great breakfast menu.

The Bailie er staðsett í Cavan, í innan við 17 km fjarlægð frá Maudabawn-menningarmiðstöðinni og 25 km frá Kells-klaustrinu. On first impression you would think a 2 star would be sub standard parts of it is just the decor & well worn setting in the front bar however the rooms are of a 4 star quality ( brand new refurbished) there is alot to aesthetically but the welcome we recieved was second to none nothing was a problem . The beds are super comfortable along with an excellent shower & complimentary toiletries/ tea coffee . The food was great value for money and the burgers delicious, staff although all young had excellent customer service skills . We had to leave early and the chef came in 1hr earlier to ensure we had a breakfast, and gave us fresh fruit salad and homemade scones to go . Thanks to Pat for opening up the dining room earlier . We will definitely return .

Ideally located on the outskirts of Cavan, the Cavan Crystal Hotel is less than 5 minutes' drive from the town centre. It was clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly!

Set in attractive landscaped gardens, Hotel Kilmore is in the heart of Ireland's Lakeland District, offering comfortable rooms, a restaurant and 2 bars. Cavan Town is a short drive away. Very cozy and welcoming atmosphere, to be appreciated in rainy days especially. Food in the pub was good, breakfast offered a buffet along wth a menu to choose from, portions were quite satisfying.

In 1,300 acres of country estate, the luxurious Farnham Estate Spa and Golf Resort has a spa with an outdoor infinity pool, forest walkways and an 18-hole golf course. Cavan Town is 3 km away. Everything. The location is so peaceful with beautiful trails and gardens around the hotel. The staff goes extra mile to make the stay memorable. Special thanks to Orla from reception for arranging a picnic for two for us at a lovely boathouse. We will definitely come back.

I love the breakfast and the fact that the hotel is in the heart of Cavan. Easy to park behind and get around the town.

Breffni Arms Hotel er staðsett í Arvagh, 21 km frá Cavan Genealogy Centre og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, sameiginlega setustofu og veitingastað. Wonderful hotel and amazing family running the establishment and they could not to do more for us. Amazing breakfast included and we ate dinner there both nights because the food and people were so wonderful!! So helpful for suggestions on local attractions and transportation. This is a must stay!
