Featuring a restaurant, a wellness centre and free WiFi throughout the property, San Servolo Wellness Resort - Adults Only is set in the Istrian countryside near Buje. We spent a wonderful weekend at San Servolo Spa. First I would like to mention the design and the architecture of the hotel are outstanding. Our room was beautifully decorated. I also liked very much the spa area, particularly the pools. The services at the resort are at very high standards. Breakfast and the two options for dinner (pizza and the steak house) are excellent. Of course the brewery adds great value to the resort. The beer is really good! My husband enjoyed the beer bath as well, an unforgettable experience for a beer enthusiast :-). I had a very good massage. Last but not least I would like to mention the staff, everyone was very nice and helpful. Even before we arrived they gave us all the information we need and made all the arrangements for us, including a flexible table reservation for dinner. During our staying everyone was very kind and all our requests were promptly answered. We are looking forward to return to San Servolo as soon as we can!

We booked the place on the go and it was a pure luck. The hotel is located in a wonderful place in the mountains. You get a wonderful view and fantastic air. Buzet is a truffle place. So many dishes have truffle in them and you can buy black and white truffles in local shops in all possible forms.

Breakfast was an amazing delicious spread with tastes & flavors for everyone. We did the tasting menu for dinner. Also quite delicious. The pool area was lovely overlooking olive trees & nice playlist coming through the speakers. I used the indoor spa too. Overall this hotel checks a lot of boxes for me and is strategically located in Istria for lots of day trips.

Featuring an indoor swimming pool and à-la-carte restaurant, the family-run Hotel Kaštel is set at the top of a hill in the centre of the medieval town of Motovun. The breakfast was very good. Good selection. They were not as strict regarding masks which was disappointing. Loved the location on the top of the mountain and the hotel offered shuttle service from parking lots below.
