Verano is conveniently located within walking distance from town center. It is close to restaurants and bars. The property is very well maintained, our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean and soft. Kostas at the reception was extremely polite, always smiling and ready to help! The cleaning personnel was friendly, too! We haven’t used the pool but it looked clean and we wished we had more days to spend in Afitos, and try the pool as well! Looking forward to spending our next vacation in Afitos at Verano Hotel again!

One of the very best resort in Chalkidiki, with a great staff and service. Very unique style, and cozy atmosphere.

AlexMare Hotel Fourka se encuentra en Skála Foúrkas, a 4 min a pie de Playa Fourka, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. The apartment was spacious for a family of three, it was fitted to a modern standard with super air conditioning a must in August .It had a small kitchen area with coffee machine and fridge there was no microwave or cooking facilities .The pool area was clean and well maintained along with sun beds and parasols.The nearest supermarket and bakery was 3-5 minutes from the apartment . Lots of restaurants in the centre which was a 5 minute walk .The beach to the left of the centre was the widest part with lots of free public space for towels there is also a little shop next to the car park 3 minutes from beach that sells snacks and drinks .You could rent a very comfortable sunbed ,the beds was free but for a two sun beds and a parasol you had to spend 30 euros on consumption .The beach is sand and pebbles but once you get out into the water it is sand .WiFi worked well in the apartment and pool area .

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Cocoons and were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the air was always fresh thanks to the Daikin air cleaners. The pool was huge and sparkling clean, and we were particularly impressed to learn that the pool is cleaned by electrolysis, which is the best technologically available method in the world. We will definitely be back soon.

Mirror Hotel es un alojamiento de 4 estrellas que está en Polychrono, a pocos pasos de Playa de Polychrono, y que tiene bar. We loved everything in there! The rooms, the housekeeping service, the friendly stuff. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotless! Every request we had was honored. The kids loved the pool and so did we! There is an underground parking which is a life saver especially in August. I've read in a different comment, the price was not announced upfront - that's not true, the price was stated from the very beginning of the booking and honestly, 10 euros is a very reasonable price for the comfort you have - to park your car and have it cool when needed. We got some tips on the local restaurants by the girls at the reception and all of the places they recommended were amazing! The lifeguard at the pool is a nice young lady that had animation for the kids every day, so kids loved that, too. I also had a good chat with the Front Office Manager Dimitra, who was also extremely nice and friendly to address any questions we had. Thank you, guys - we are definitely coming back!

Amoessa Boutique - Adults Only, que cuenta con jardín, salón de uso común, bar y wifi gratis, se encuentra en Polychrono, a 5 min a pie de Playa de Polychrono y a 2,2 km de Playa de Kassandra Pallace.... I'm traveling for the last 15 years almost every month, can't recon when was the last time when we got such an AMAZING experience, the family who runs this amazing place, and the venue itself just OUTSTANDING. Thank you guys u got into our hearts and we will see you soon next summer.

Samari Afitos está en Afitos, a 8 min a pie de Playa de Afitos, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina de temporada al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. Everything was perfect! Samari afitos is perfect, especially for a solo vacationer looking to unwind and relax in a lovely picturesque town. The room was just like the picture, in fact even better! The water pressure in the shower was GREAT, and i'm quite particular about this. The pool was lovely, and i went for a dip a few times to cool off in the heat and it was lush (not too deep either & had umbrellas too). Remember to bring a book or two, i did and it was a great place to dive into (pun intended teehee), whilst soaking in the sun. Everything was so clean, room cleaning service was provided every day, which included fresh towels and a bath mat everyday etc... The Hotel itself is located in a quiet area only a minute walk from the centre and about 10 minute walk from the beach. There are PLENTY of restaurants' to eat at, bars also a few places to do activities, hire a car, bike or scooter. Everyone i met in Afitos/Halkidiki were so lovely, friendly and i felt safe especially as a black female solo traveller. There are plenty of beach bars too, i recommend Papua beach bar, which is in the next town Kallithea, reasonable prices and i preferred the beaches there. Aris was very kind to provide me with the best places to eat, which as a foodie of course i tried! 10/10. Aris was so friendly, approachable, kind and went above and beyond especially when my phone broke an hour before i had to go to the airport, helping me to print my boarding pass etc... also effectively helping to calm me down as i was definitely starting to panic😥 Afitos itself is a very walkable town, but a side note to my fellow ladies/gays and theys I would stay away from bringing high heels though (unless they're kitten heels) due to the cobblestones, stairs and hills. A cute comfy pair of sandals and trainers is definitely the way to go!
