Hotel in Elgin
Laichmoray Hotel is conveniently located on the periphery of Elgin town center, less than 984 feet from the Elgin Rail Station. This is the second time that we have stayed at The Laichmoray. What a fantastic hotel this is. When you go on holiday you want a clean room, a comfy bed, a good breakfast and great staff. Tick, tick, tick and tick. Check in was faultless. Our room was clean and tidy. You pre order breakfast the evening before. We have no issue with this at all. Especially in these current times when people still wish to keep a little distance. Food is cooked perfectly and served on time. Anything you need, you just have to ask. The staff are always ready and willing to help you with any request. Rooms are serviced every day. Bed was extremely comfortable, great sleep every night. We were at the front of the building and noise was never an issue. The location is perfect if you fancy a wander in to the centre and the train station is right across the road. We ate in the hotel four nights out of the five that we stayed. Always a good idea to book as it is a busy place. Food and service in the restaurant is impeccable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Can't thank the staff enough for making our stay so pleasant. Without a doubt we will be back again.

Lots to do and see: beaches, coast walks, fishing villages, excellent links golf courses, historic Elgin, Fort George, Culloden etc Moray weather is usually a lot better than the surrounding parts of Scotland. Would stay again.
I have stayed at this hotel on about 5 occasions. The location of the hotel is very good with fabulous views across the Moray Firth. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and have tea and coffee making facilities. On this occasion, I didn't have the evening meal, but the breakfast is very good and suits me very much with what i like to eat on a morning. This hotel is extremely good and is well placed near the golf course in Lossiemouth.
Absolutely beautiful food, for all meals. Staff couldn’t have been any more attentive and polite from the checking in desk to the bar staff . The room was very clean and comfortable especially the bed and for someone who suffers with a bad back a good nights sleep in a hotel doesn’t happen often. Great location for visiting all around Moray and beyond. Will definitely be back for another visit. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Great location in the town of Lossiemouth which provides a great base for exploring wider Moray coast area. Although the room was bit small it was clean, tidy and well appointed.
