Situated in Winscombe, 22 km from Ashton Court, The Swan Inn features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. A beautiful country pub in a peaceful location. The room was clean and a good size, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious.

Adjacent to The Langford Inn are en suite bedrooms housed in 2 converted 17th-century barns with exposed beams, original brickwork, oak floors and luxuries for modern living. I was warmly greeted and shown to my room. The room is absolutely lovely. They provided many extras. I had Prosecco and an IPA waiting for me when I arrived. The bed is fabulous. The shower was good water pressure and very warm. The linens were very plush and towels huge. There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate provided. I ate dinner there and had a wonderful dining experience. Andrew fixed me a bag of food items for the early departure since I would miss breakfast. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I would caution that if you’re a very light sleeper, there are some sounds that might wake you. The cars leaving might be the loudest but they are gone, but I was there when a very large dinner party was happening. I will definitely go there again. It was only a 10 minute drive (easy drive for an American) back to the car rental return. Then a bus to the airport.

On the southern slopes of the Mendip Hills, overlooking the picturesque hamlet of Loxton, the B/W The Webbington Hotel and Spa offers free WiFi and leisure facilities, including a heated indoor... Staff very pleasant, polite, friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet, clean, grand and in a great location - easy to reach, yet rural and quiet. Very comfy, rooms spacious and clean.

Centrally located in North Somerset and within 20 minutes from Bristol, Weston super mare, Clevedon, Cheddar Caves and Wells. The property was lovely and comfortable and we had the best few nights of sleep in the super comfy bed. We also had a very tasty breakfast from the very friendly owner.

Located in Cheddar, the recently renovated The Old Police House offers accommodation 27 km from Ashton Court and 29 km from Bristol Temple Meads Station. It was a beautiful place, the room was fresh and very clean

The Old Manor House offers accommodation in Axbridge. Free private parking is available on site. The rooms include a flat-screen TV. You will find a kettle in the room. location for Cheddar was perfect!! Room was very comfortable. lounge area and coffee machine was wonderful. Breakfast with homemade bread and jams was superb. Would definitely stay there again. it was wonderful. easy parking too
