The room was well-designed, spotless and the bed was super comfy. The shower was great and there were some extra features like a kettle, a selection of teas, ground coffee, and two freshly baked shortbread cookies. I had dinner at their bistro with their soup of the day (red cabbage with sour cream), accompanied by crispy and buttery sourdough bread. At breakfast, I wanted to try their porridge and it was scrumptious. The quality of each ingredient was high, portions were generous, and the price was more than reasonable. The staff were kind and easy-going. I definetely recommend Sugar Boat and hope to return soon.

Set in the village of Luss, this traditional inn has welcomed guests for over two centuries. The food was excellent, the best Scottish food we had. Also all the personnel was very nice and helpful. And last but not least, the location was fantastic and it has a great parking.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm and attentive staff who made me feel like a VIP. The amenities were top-notch – the spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, and the fitness center was equipped with the latest technology. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight, with a diverse menu. What truly set this hotel apart was the level of personalized service. The hotel friendly staff went above and beyond to assist with my every need, from arranging transportation to suggesting local attractions.
