Highfield features great lake and mountain views and its own private car park. The beautiful rooms have en suite bathrooms and tea/coffee making facilities. Wonderful settings, located right in front of the lake promenade start, with a beautiful view towards the mountains and even the lake. Also very close to Keswick city center. The room was very comfortable, the lounge area was as well. Very good breakfast. I definitely recommend the Highfield.

Just 2 miles from Keswick, The Coledale is a 19th-century country inn with 2 traditional bars and elegant rooms. Peaceful location and fabulous views. Beautiful inside, very homely feel, friendly staff, lovely room, clean, comfortable, excellent shower, fabulous breakfast, perfectly cooked. Really relaxing stay, look forward to staying again.

Overlooking picturesque Lake Derwentwater, the four-star Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa is set in forty acres of tranquil land with a waterfall and a lakeshore. Very kind and devoted staff. Amazing views and great Asian cuisine at the Mizu restaurant. Highly recommend!

Located in the heart of Keswick, the refurbished Skiddaw Hotel offers good food, and spacious rooms with tea/coffee making facilities. Dinner was excellent. Location was very good. Totally, this hotel is good.

The Mary Mount Hotel ligger ved bredden av Derwentwater, midt i 2 hektar med skog og hage. Rommene har eget bad og utsikt over landskapet. Hotellet har restaurant. Vi likte beliggenheten, spiseområde og det hyggelige personalet. Vi bodde i The Lodge som var meget behagelig med fine rom og god plass. Absolutt verdt prisen. Frokosten var også meget god med godt utvalg. Vi spiste middag en kveld og den var god med store porsjoner, og verdt prisen.
