The Hotel RH Portocristo & Wellness is a stylish hotel set on Peñiscola beach and overlooking the famous Papa Luna Castle. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with flat-screen TVs and balconies. Great location and great bar. The breakfast was excellent.

Located 500 m from the coast of Benicarló, this hotel has a café overlooking an interior garden. Featuring toast, pastry, coffee and juice, the free breakfast is served until 11:00. When I found this hotel, at first I thought it was some kind of mistake.

Peñíscola Plaza Suites is on Peñíscola’s seafront promenade, on the Costa Azahar, 2.5 km from Benicarló. It has a large outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, spa and mini golf. property was very clean and staff extremely helpful.

Hotel Rosaleda del Mijares offers an indoor pool and a River Club with a chill-out terrace, bar and direct access to the natural pools of the River Mijares. Very nice and newly renovated hotel. Helpful staff both at the reception and at the restaurant.

Hotel Rostits is 700 metres from Castellón Bus and Train Stations. It offers free Wi-Fi, and has a bus stop outside, which connects to the historic centre 2 km away. We’ve spent one night there while traveling.
