Definitely a nice place where to relax from the chaos in Cairo. The staff is really friendly and always happy to help you. Samir is very good in his job and is an exemple for all hotels receptionist/hosts in Egypt! Food is delicious and good quality. The beach is very nice and relaxing. I wasn't able to swim because it was a little bit too windy and cold but I'll definitely come back for that! The sunbeds are old but do their work. The pool is so beautiful and refreshing. They keep it clean all along the day. For the rest, my stay was perfect, that's why I'm only giving some suggestions: - there should be more Women in the staff ( 50/50); - the beach is very nice but it should be cleaned from the plastic. It has so much more potential! - the hotel was half empty but I got a room near a noisy family. I suggest, if possible, to check that next time; Thank you a lot, I had a wonderful stay. Services were available and staff was extremely pleasant. we want to personally thank Waleed and Khaled at the front desk for their assistance and making us enjoy the time!

Calm and beautiful place that's perfect if you want to escape the liveliness of big cities. The location is a bit secluded but relatively close to Cairo and the hotel staff helped us to find a transfer to Alexandria airport at the end of our stay. Definitely can recommend!
