We loved every minute of our stay and the surrounding walks. Food was delicious and well priced. We loved the service and the cosiness of the cabins. It was one of our highlights of our whole Cabo Verde adventure.

This was probably the most unique location that I've ever stayed at. It's in the middle of an active volcano! We spent one day exploring the area with one of the hotel's guides. We spent our second day just relaxing and taking in the scenery. They were both great ways to enjoy the volcano. We also loved that we could see so many stars each night.

Edificio Cosec Hotel mempunyai kolam renang luaran, ruang tamu berkongsi, restoran dan bar di Cova Figueira. The staff especially the owner Toni were so helpful in arranging transfers and organising our stay. The room was very nice and the swimming pool was great. The evening we stayed there coincided with an amazing event celebrating Women of Cape Verde with a banquet, disco and excellent live musicians. Toni helped us plan our walking tour to Alcatraz and Faja which was excellent. The hotel's location is good if you are planning hikes in the area (which is cooler than most of the island) such as around Estancia Roque and along the coast. The paths are well marked. Finally Toni made sure we got back to Sao Filipe ok when the normal aluguers werent't running as it was a holiday. I wish them all the lu ck in the world in making the hotel a success.

Excellent in every way, the staff was wonderful, always happy helpful and extremely kind. The facilities are very comfortable and clean.

I can recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Sao Filipe. the location is great, next to the beach and in the city center. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast very tasty. But most of all the friendly staff will help you out with anything. we rented a car at the reception, they picked us up at the airport for free and helped us out with our next stay in CV. Will definitely cone back here if I have the opportunity!
