Very helpful with suggestions on what to do. A bonus is the "fondue chalet" which would be great for a group or couple. The location is close to the bus line or easy walking distance. The hotel is very organized for sking, with the ski room.

Carina - Design&Lifestyle hotel is an 8-minute walk from the centre and the Zermatt Train Station, and 230 metres from the Zermatt Funicular. Very clean, comfortable and nice property. My room was a small one, but very comfortable and cozy. You gonna find e everything you need there. New furnitures and good bed. The breakfast was very delicious!!! Very good options, from breads to yogurts. Juices and fruits. I would definitely return.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. The view of the Matterhorn is the best! Their location is right beside the Kirchbrücke bridge. No need to wake up early to take photos of sunrise over the Matterhorn but just stay in the bed and enjoy the view. Staffs are super friendly too.

Jättefin frukost, det fanns lite av varje. Så mysigt med all personlig inredning och katten som gärna ville vara med och hälsa på oss, Värdparet var supertrevliga, mycket hjälpsamma och måna om sina gäster. Så lyxigt att bli hämtad med en elbil av hotellet vid taxi/busstationen där man kom in i Zermatt. Härliga omgivningar och ett kanonfint besök på Zunegga med Matterhorn i bakgrunden.

Cozy, great location, quality at all levels, from staff to the food and service! Warm, welcoming, plus we had a room with a spectacular view, the restaurant as well, the direct access to the ski room was a plus! We will definitely return, maybe in summer to enjoy Zermatt’s beautiful setting and the wide range of activities that it offers!

The location is the best in Zermatt, the staff was very helpful spicaly Mr. Faisal, he was very kind and well knowledged. The concierge guys have answers for all my questions. And I am very sorry to forget the breakfast buffet manger because he were the best guy ever and has the most positive energy while serving people on the morning.
