Great building, lovely facilities and excellent breakfast to set you up for the day. Staff were really attentive and we had a lovely time celebrating Christmas at the hotel. The location is perfect for getting about and exploring Basel whether it be by foot or tram. Will highly recommend to friends and family.

Just a 10-minute drive south of Basel, this hotel is set within a forested area on the Rhine riverbank. It offers a restaurant, rooms for weddings and seminars, and a spacious riverside terrace. The arrival to the hotel was surprising, as it was a small road used by public for access to walking tracks and visitors to the hotel. It was a lovely sight to see the hotel at the end of the road, and the area was very nice to experience, so close to the city but surrounded by forest. The check-in process was easy, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful with all queries. They even pointed us to the best way to travel into Basel with public transport. The room was well appointed, evidently newly refurbished and everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The old glass windows was a lovely touch of charm, as were the short stories on the bed, which was a lovely little surprise. The following morning breakfast was well laid out, a simple affair with a diverse choice of bread, pastries, cereal, fruit and with eggs and coffee to order, there was nothing more that was required.

Nastanitev Mövenpick Hotel Basel s 4 zvezdicami se nahaja v mestu Basel, manj kot 1 km od znamenitosti živalski vrt Basel, in ponuja fitnes, teraso ter bar. Its location right beside the Basel central tram station (which is right beside the Basel SBB train station) was very convenient. There were some inexpensive restaurants in the neighborhood as well as grocery stores. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a great selection of breads including the brioche / butter zopfbrot. The staff were very helpful, and were able to help us with our luggage when we arrived too early to check in. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and modern, with great use of wood details and stone textures. Great views from being one of the few tall buildings in the area.

Located within 50 metres of Messe Basel and 1.1 km of Blue and White House, Bloom Hotel & Bar in Basel provides a bar and rooms with free WiFi. Everything was perfect. It was so clean and the personnel was very nice and helping. They thought about everything! From general things you would need to small gestures :) Also the hotel is close to everything, max 10 minutes to everywhere by tram. Absolutely recommend!
