Great breakfast and dinner options (although dinner is pricey, but this is expected, and overall reasonable). Dinner is a very "classic" Swiss experience with multi-course meals etc - a joy on its own. Great amenities and "family feeling" of the hotel. Convenient location for skiing. Very nice sauna - small but convenient. Again, great staff.

The 4-star Superior Valsana Hotel Arosa enjoys a quiet location in the heart of Arosa at 1800 metres altitude and offers panoramic views of the Obersee lake and the mountains. From start to end, our time at Valsana Arosa was an exceptional experience. As we were checking in, the hotel director, Claudio introduced himself to us and made us feel welcome. All of the staff are amazing, and they couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was as relaxing as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful, and everything is pretty much brand new. The spa is abolutely stunning, with three sauna/ steam rooms available, as well as a beautiful pool area and relaxation spaces. My partner celebrated her 40th birthday there, which the staff were well aware of, and they helped add a lot of little touches that made our time there extra special. From simple things like a small birthday gift of wildflower seeds, to making a birthday cake and delivering it to our room. We enjoyed a fondue on our balcony, delivered to us by Yuri, who was very friendly and extremely helpful in explaining how to fondue. We ate in the restaurant for breakfasts, lunch and dinner on one evening, all of which was excellent. The bar is also well stocked with locally sourced beers and wine, amongst other things. All in all, a great experience which we shan't ever forget. We can't wait to get to relive the experience again soon!

Karin, the manager was amazing! She was very welcoming and attentive! She definitely made our stay extra special. We can not wait to go back!

Arosa'da yer alan Aves Arosa ortak salon, teras, restoran ve bar sunmaktadır. WiFi erişimi ücretsizdir. Ek ücret karşılığında özel otopark ayarlanabilir. Aves was close to the train station, therefore easy with luggage. Ski school was above the train station as was the ski lift. Lovely pubs and restaurants and both a Coop and Denners shop. The apartment had enough space for a family of 5, equipment in the kitchen was adequate for our short stay. The bathroom was clean and the beds comfortable.

Geleneksel İsviçre yemekleri sunan bir restorana sahip Erzhorn, Arosa'da kayak pistlerinin hemen yanında, Arosa Telesiyeji'ne sadece 300 metre mesafede yer almaktadır. We had a lovey spacious room at the back of the hotel, which overlooks the slopes so you can see the skiers coming past your window. The layout of the room was well thought out, with plenty of space to hang clothes and ski gear for instance, and plenty of shelving around the sink and bath for toiletries. It could not have been better located - you are straight on the slopes when you come out of the door, and just a few metres downhill to the regular ski bus to get into town, to the station etc. The owners and staff were super friendly and helpful and speak great English too. The restaurant is fantastic, the best food we had during our stay. The terrace is a popular spot for lunch with skiers and locals. I am gluten free and they made sure that I was well catered for. There is a good choice at breakfast.
