The front lobby has a huge roaring fire and such a stunning place to sit and relax after coming in from the cold. The heated rooftop pools are amazing with the best views of the mountains. The hotel rooms are so cosy and clean. The Italian restaurant downstairs is very tasty. There is free bread that you can grill yourself when ordering food which is a gorgeous touch. Very tasty. All round stunning hotel would highly highly recommend.

The bed & pillow were extremely comfortable, the bathroom amazing, great size tub. The decoration was so beautiful. Floor beautiful and material well though. The fireplace was so devine! If we had more time we would have learn to use it and lit that baby up!

Creo que la amabilidad de las personas hizo que mi estancia y el lugar fuera aún mejor. Resolvían todas mis dudas y siempre fueron muy atentos. El personal es insuperable.

Personal muy atento, habitación amplia cómoda y muy limpia. Esta en una zona tranquila a 15 min andando por una avenida muy bonita hasta el centro. El restaurante que está dentro del hotel es muy recomendable. Dispone además de parking subterráneo

Esta posada cómoda se encuentra a pocos minutos del centro de Banff. I absolutely love everything! From the friendly staff at the reception during check in to the staff i spoke over the phone during check out time made our experience smooth and hassle free. The location is superb! The cleanliness of the room is exceptional. I super love their bed. The whole experience was great i will recommend this to my friends and would definitely come back.
