Good continental breakfast, all the usual Ramada qualities. However it's the helpfulness of staff at this particular hotel that shone. I checked out and a hour later realised that I'd left my walking boots in the room. So I phoned them to let them know and the lady said she'd send someone to look for them to put them to oneside so that I could collect when I was passing by a few days later. Three days later I collected them, so thank you Ramada staff!

Offering Rocky Mountain views, this Golden hotel is 7 minutes' walk from Purcell Helicopter Skiing. Offering on-site dining and a hot breakfast, this hotel features an indoor pool with a water slide. Size, kitchenette, view, clean pool area and great breakfast. Staff very friendly and we will be back!

The receptionist was very helpful, we were originally allocated a room on its own right by the hotels liquor store. The manager of the store explained that the store was open until 11 at night and her staff would be back and forth between store and room next to ours all the time so it would be noisy although she would ask the staff to try to keep noise to a minimum. When we went back to ask for another room the receptionist was very apologetic - think new and hadn’t realised - she then gave us a room facing the mountains on the 3rd floor. She also rang in the evening to check that everything was ok and asked again each time we passed her in reception.
