The location of the hotel is too good, a quiet and pleasant place for a good vacation. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is excellent and varied. The hotel is nice and pleasant to stay in.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was extremely good traditional Austrian. Beautiful views of the mountains. They were very welcoming when we arrived very late.

Tasty food, large portions. Meals served very quickly. Clean rooms, (cleaned every day). Good location - you can get to the ski resort in Bad Gastein by train (which also transports cars) in 20 minutes. We recommend it, we will gladly come back.

The owners and their staff were super nice and helpful. The room was spacious with roller window shades so you could have total dark :) great view from the balcony. We travelled with a rather large group of friends, so we were assigned a separate dining room for all our meals, which was great because it meant we could enjoy ourselves without bothering the other guests too much. The hosts were very helpful. The food was good, based on traditional meals, but there were also vegetarian options and special menus for the children. The apartments were very spacious, as well as the balcony (which we did not use because it was winter, but I imagine it is wonderful during warmer seasons).
