Located in Bad Gastein, 2 km from Bad Gastein Railway Station, The Comodo Bad Gastein, a Member of Design Hotels provides accommodation with a terrace, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. What a gem! The location is excellent, being a bit out of the town and right where some nice hiking routes start. Gives you the best view down on the town and during breakfast/dinner. The spa area is great and very inviting, always spot on clean. In addition there is a movie theatre (which you can also reserve for a night when there’s no movie showing) and a co-working area (I did not see the latter since I was there to relax only). The rooms (mine at least) are spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and an invitation to enjoy a long breakfast reading the paper - it’s from 7am til 11am, and you can sit and enjoy the breakfast buffet and coffee after coffee for as long as you wish. Dinner is also high quality, and worth the price. I was there solo for 6 nights and relaxation while being exhausted and I couldn’t have chosen a better place and accommodation.

يقع Nefer في باد جاستاين على بعد 600 م من شلال باد جاستاين، ويوفر مكان إقامة مع بار ومواقف خاصة مجانية للسيارات وصالة مشتركة وحديقة. We stayed at house Nefer for two nights during the off season (october) and enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts Andreas and Edda welcomed us with open arms and treated us like friends rather than guests. Andreas took time to explain activities and locations for us and even checked for open restaurants and possible routes for walking or other possible activities. Andreas and Edda spent an evening with us in the wine cellar explaining and drinking different wines with us and having a good conversation with us about the history of the House which belonged to the german actor Georg Thomalla and his wife before they bought it. The location of this house is perfect and only a few minutes from the city center. We arrived by train and walking there from the train station only takes about 10-15 minutes depending on the route. The house has a beautiful interior with interesting designer furniture and accessories everywhere you look. Our double room was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen and dining area, which can be used by guests is very spacious and has everything you need, including a fridge for guests. The breakfast prepared by Edda had everything you can wish for and was prepared for exactly the time we wanted to get up. The whirlpool which we could use even late at night was clean and a lovely experience. Andreas and Edda provide a very welcoming atmosphere and we wish them the very best for their future.

Edith and Silvia are lovely hosts, very hospitable, making you feel like at home. One get a family feel once you walk through the door. We could leave our bags already in the morning, before the check-in, and could also store them after the check-out, during the day of our departure. We got breakfast when we arrived in the morning even though it wasn't included in our stay, this was super nice! Breakfast is great. The buffet provides a variety of options. Freshly boiled eggs are also served! Best location in Bad Gastein, just opposite the cable car and the train station. Super convenient.

Everything at the hotel was excellent - from the warm and supportive staff to the wide variety of food options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The location and cleanliness were also outstanding, making me feel right at home with my family.
