They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and it was! Armand was the manager and he was so patient and wonderful with our kids. Stela was the receptionist and she was very kind and helpful.

The location is really good next to the seaside (5-10 minutes walk) and loads of cafes and restaurants. The owner of the hotel is really helpful and joyful. She is the gold of the hotel. She would treat you like her own daughter. If I come back next time, I will stay here without any hesitation.

Beautiful hotel in an old part of town. Very clean, well appointed rooms, just like in the photos. The couple who own the hotel are at your disposal, and speak English very well. They were always available to answer questions. There is no breakfast, but there are vending machines in the garden. There is dedicated parking. I requested a top floor room with a balcony and got it. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The view from our room was amazing and the staff was extremely helpful. We only had breakfast in the hotel and it was really good. The cocktails at the bar were amazing. I really appreciated the attention to details from all staff, this is something we did enjoy and it is not very common in Albania. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will come again !

Our stay at Lula Hotel was absolutely lovely. Petro and his mother Stella, and also the staff were very hospitable. Breakfast was decent and delicious, especially little pasteries called "petulla" :) We also dined two times at their restaurant and really loved the food. They also guided us for to do's and recommended very nice beaches and restaurants. All in all it was a very lovely stay.

It was apparent that the hotel was undergoing their last reconstruction, and I found them to be of exceptional quality. Because we were on a high floor, the noise wasn't an issue. A spectacular view could be enjoyed from the balcony of this clean, spacious room.

Posizione strategica, spiaggia a 2 minuti. Il posto è incantevole. Struttura a gestione famigliare, tutti molto cordiali e disponibili. Pulita e accogliente. Consiglio di provare anche il ristorante, abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo!
